MAGISTRATES have fined a man who left a threatening voicemail with a person.
Paul Evans, of Bridge Street, Andover, left the message on November 26 last year.
At Basingstoke Magistrates Court on February 28 the 62-year-old pleaded guilty to sending the voicemail which was recorded in court as being intended to cause distress or anxiety.
Evans was fined £160, ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
