A CARELESS driver has been hit with points on his licence.
Pawel Bagan, of Gravel Hill, Newton Stacey, was driving a Citroen on the A3057 at Upper Clatford on August 14 last year when he caused a collision after driving on the wrong side of the highway.
At Aldershot Magistrates Court on March 4 the 47-year-old pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention.
Magistrates fined him £262 and gave him five points on his licence. Bagan must also pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
