A CHARITY which runs sporting activities for disabled people will play second fiddle to children’s ‘splash parties’ when the new Andover Leisure Centre opens.

Andover and District Sports Association for the Disabled (ADSAD) has block hired the leisure centre’s main pool for decades but will no longer have priority when the centre opens on April 1.

The group’s booking for its members will be bumped to the centre’s smaller pool whenever a ‘splash party’ event is booked.
