A 41-YEAR-OLD man who was caught drug driving has been disqualified.
Josh McLevy, of St Anns Terrace, Andover, was spotted on Greenwich Way on December 17, last year, while over the limit.
On March 22, Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard a blood test found that he had 30 microgrammes of cocaine in his blood — the legal limit is 10 — and he had 400 micrograms of benzoylecgonine in his blood — the legal limit is 50.
McLevy pleaded guilty to both offences.
Magistrates banned him from driving for 12 months and ordered him to pay £85 court costs and £44 victim surcharge. He was also fined £440.
