THE company behind the new Charlton Park Crematorium, Pure Cremation, has announced the winner of an art competition it ran.
Constance Page, of Andover, took first prize and will see her entry publicly displayed in the crematorium when it opens later this year.
She will also receive a £500 cheque for her winning entry – a collage displaying iconic landmarks from Andover’s past and present.
The competition challenged Hampshire residents to capture Andover in works of art.
Two runners up were also announced, with John Randall, of Upper Clatford, and Bianca Rosenkranz, of Basingstoke, both receiving a cheque for £100.
