OVER 1,500 people descended on the town centre to enjoy a taste of local produce.
On Sunday as the sun shone, 15 varied food stalls set up shop in the High Street for the Andover Food Fair.
Businesses from across the area showcase their food and drink, with Red Fox Fine Foods serving their restaurant quality cheese soufflés, the Winchester Distillery and Test Valley gin offered tasters of the tipple and Warrenfield Farm, selling their prized meat, to name just a few.
There was also the opportunity to learn some culinary skills, as the You Can Cook team were on hand with pop-up cookery workshops to teach visitors how to peel, slice, dice and chop.
It was said that several stalls had sold out of their produce.
