A MAN is in custody after he “drop kicked” a police officer having earlier been arrested in Andover today (Friday).
Officers had arrested the 27-year-old man on suspicion of drug offences at around 11am this morning in Micheldever Road.
The suspect later refused to provide his details before allegedly assaulting a police officer in a holding cell.
He remains in custody.
