Josh Gowers previously pleaded not guilty to the offence
A MAN has been fined after he failed to stop for a police officer in uniform.
Josh Gowers was driving a silver Mazda along the A303 in Andover on January 8 and did not pull over when asked.
At a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on February 8 the 29-year-old pleaded not guilty to the charge but was found guilty following a trial on April 26.
On May 30, at the same court magistrates, fined Gowers, of Longleigh Lane, Welling, £100 and told him to pay a £30 victim surcharge.
