AN OVEN blaze broke out at a factory in Portway Industrial Estate last night, resulting in four fire crews teaming up to tackle the blaze.
Firefighters from Andover, Whitchurch, Winchester and Eastleigh were called to the scene at Macadam Way, Andover at 4:45pm yesterday (Thursday) afternoon.
The fire had been caused by a nut-making machine and was tackled with one jet and one fire extinguisher.
Four sets of breathing apparatus were also required, while tactical ventilation fans were used to help remove smoke.
Firefighters stood down from the scene at 5.32pm.
