AN ANDOVER man charged with the murder of a 30-year-old woman will enter his plea in September.
Shaun Dyson, accused of the murder of Lucy Rushton at a house in Suffolk Road on Sunday, is due to enter his plea on September 13 following a hearing at Winchester Crown Court today (Friday).
On Sunday at 5.30am, police officers were called to a Suffolk Road home where Ms Rushton was found injured and was later pronounced dead.
Mr Dyson, 28, who gave his address at a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Wednesday as Suffolk Road but has also had his address given as Bury Hill Close, was arrested on Sunday evening before being charged with the murder of Ms Rushden on Tuesday.
Mr Dyson was remanded back into custody after the magistrates court hearing and was not arrainged before Winchester Crown Court today.
