FOUR fire crews tackled a fire in Andover this morning, which left a garden shed completely destroyed.

Crews were called to Albany Road at 11.30am after reports of a shed fire, with the stop message coming in at 12.49pm.

As well as engulfing the shed, some fencing, a garage and a house were “slightly affected” by the fire, according to a spokesperson from Hampshire Fire and Rescue.

Four fire engines reported to the scene, with two crews from Andover, one from Whitchurch and another from Overton in attendance.

Six breathing apparatus were used, as well as two main jets and two hose reel jets.
