UPDATE: The man has been found safe and well
A MAN is appealing for the public's help to find his brother who was last seen earlier today.
Bryan, from Andover, was last spotted in Basingstoke at 20.15, heading towards Sainsbury’s.
His brother Sean Kearns posted to Facebook: "Bryan has a learning difficulty.
"He is a perfectly amiable sole, who has taken himself off again on walkabout.
"Please contact Hampshire Police on 101 quote ref 939 if you see him please."
Bryan is described as wearing a brown leather jacket with knee-length shorts, carrying a rucsac with red rain cover.
Mr Kearns added: "Bryan lives in the Andover area but grew up in Basingstoke and Oakley.
"Has on previous occasions been seen around the Basingstoke leisure park."
Mr Kearns said he has been walking in Kempshott and A30 and country roads around Oakley and local villages.
