AN all-day food and drink extravaganza took over Salisbury city centre at the weekend.
Featuring a wide selection of local food producers and suppliers, the popular Food and Drink Festival greeted visitors and locals in the Market Place.
Visitors were able to enjoy pasta, curries, Thai, Mexican food and sample an assortment of sweet treats including pancakes, waffles, crepes, ice cream and more.
The event also showcased talks and food demonstrations – with special celebrity guests Nick Nairn, Paul Rankin and Coronations Street’s Sean Wilson.
But that wasn’t alls demonstrations in The Guildhall, and tastings from Vaughan’s Kitchen, Winchester Distillery, Stone Circle Mead Company and Charter 1227.
Street entertainers were also on hand to charm the masses, with live music throughout the day from Marina E, Just Because, Evolution Pop Choir, Cam & Nichole, The Duskers and Off the Cuff.
