JEWELLERY worth £50,000 was stolen during a raid at a Hampshire home, police say.

Officers are appealing for information following the burglary at a home in Locks Heath.

Police say to place sometime between 7.30pm and 11pm on Saturday 26 October in Northmore Road.

The house was broken into while the homeowner was out.

An investigation is underway and police have now released images of some of the items that were stolen.

A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious around the time of the burglary or in you have been offered any jewellery for sale.

“Anyone with information should call 101, quoting the reference 44190384645.”
