Police have charged a 24-year-old man following the incident
A MAN has been charged with multiple driving offences after police stopped a car driving near Andover with its headlights off.
Police stopped a vehicle at Solstice Park, Amesbury, during the early hours of Saturday morning.
Following a breath test and further checks, the 24-year-old driver was arrested and subsequently charged with multiple driving charges.
Daniel Cunningham, of South Shields, has been charged with driving while over the legal alcohol limit, driving without insurance and driving while disqualified.
He has been released on unconditional bail to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court next month.
Police say the vehicle was also seized.
