REVISED bin collection dates will be in effect across the borough as we edge into the New Year.
Black household waste bins are due to be emptied during the week beginning December 30.
However there will be no collection on Wednesday, January 1, 2020.
It means that bins scheduled to have been emptied on New Year’s Day will instead be collected one day later on Thursday, January 2.
Likewise, those collections usually set for Thursday and Friday will also be collected a day later, being carried out on Friday, January 3, and Saturday, January 4, respectively.
Collections scheduled for Monday, December 30, and Tuesday, December 31, will be carried out as normal.
There will also be no garden waste collections over the Christmas period until Sunday, January 5, 2020.

Test Valley Borough Council's offices, at Beech Hurst, Andover, will be closed until Thursday, January 2, 2020. They will re-open that morning at 8.30am.
