Police search bushes next to A34 as one lane is closed
One lane of the A34 southbound has been partially closed off tonight.
Two police cars and two unmarked cars could be seen blocking off part of the carriageway around half a mile north of the Whitchurch junction.
Police officers could be seen searching the bushes using torchlight.
Motorists should be aware of slow-moving traffic.
Hampshire Constabulary has been contacted for comment.
