POLICE have issued an appeal after a gang of vandals entered a shop and 'threw items around and sprayed a can of fizzy drink'.
Officers would like to speak to one of the culprits having received reports of 'disorder and vandalism' at an Amesbury shop.
The incident took place at around 3pm on New Year's Eve (Tuesday, December 31) in the Co-op store, in Bence Court.
A group of youths entered the shop and one of them threw items around and sprayed a can of fizzy drink. Police have since released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to.
He is described as wearing white trainers with red trim, a black tracksuit, a dark puffa jacket with a light blue hoodie underneath and was carrying a black rucksack.
