POLICE have urged residents to be vigilant after a string of thefts from vehicles across Test Valley.
Officers say the incidents have taken place “district-wide over the previous few days” and involved the culprits breaking into vehicles and stealing belongings.
A statement from Hampshire Constabulary read: “Please use this as a reminder to not leave any valuables in your vehicle when it is unattended.
“This includes overnight at your address, not just whilst at public car parks/places.
“If you see any behaviour that you believe is suspicious please report it to us, the more information we have the better.”
Anyone wishing to report such behaviour is advised to call 101 or visit hampshire.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/soh/something-youve-seen-or-heard/
