STANDING defiant in the face of an escalating global pandemic, communities in and around Andover are working together to go the extra mile for those in need.

Numerous support groups have been set up, both in the town and its surrounding villages, by bands of willing volunteers.

Pubs, shops and restaurants are also lending a helping hand by offering delivery services of vital supplies to those in self-isolation.
