A five-year-old from Barrow made scones for local firefighters to thank them for helping to keep everyone safe during the coronavirus pandemic.
Chetwynde School Abigail Robertson baked the batch of sultana and cherry scones and wanted to give some away 'to be nice'.
She handed over some to Station Manager Paul Milburn so he could take them back to Barrow Fire Station for the other firefighters.
He said in a post on Facebook: "Abigail showing her appreciation to the Firefighters in her local area at this difficult time by baking some lovely scones.
Thanks Abigail, it means a lot. 🚒"
