STRIKING photographs show Andover’s streets deserted as residents heed the government’s instructions to stay at home, unless absolutely necessary.
This picture from Andover town centre was taken by resident Manuela Wahnon on a morning trip to Waitrose for essential items.
It comes as the town is approaching its third week in lockdown as the country grapples with the Covid-19 pandemic.
