An appeal has been launched to find a man last seen at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester earlier today.

Henry Davies, from Stockbridge, left the hospital at around 1.45pm and has not been seen since, police said.

A spokesman for Test Valley Police said: "We are concerned for his safety and are asking the public to keep an eye out for him and to report any sightings of him to us."

Henry is described as being white, around 5ft 7ins tall with brown curly hair and a beard. He also wears glasses. 

The spokesman said: "Henry was last seen wearing a black top and trousers tucked into his socks. He is not wearing any shoes.

"If you have seen him, please call us on 101 and quote 44200275288. Dial 999 in the event of an emergency."
