Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties has finalised its community at Andover’s The Chariots with the last homes remaining now reserved.

Since opening its doors in 2017, The Chariots has proven a popular place for house hunters thanks to its location in the picturesque market town of Andover and proximity to leisure facilities, schools and artisan stores.

During this time, Taylor Wimpey has donated to help causes in the community. One of the groups to have benefited from Taylor Wimpey was Longparish Little School, which received a £250 donation to fund its new outdoor, nature-based learning sessions.

Meanwhile, YMCA Fairthorne Group received a boost of £500, with the money being spent on helping the charity to launch three new local support programmes including a messy play group, a coffee morning group and a youth group for local children.

Taylor Wimpey also donated £500 to the ‘Love Augusta Park’ Community Festival, which saw members of the Andover community come together to celebrate Augusta Park.

Roz Wells, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties said: “We’re enormously proud of the community that has taken shape at The Chariots and we’re very pleased to be able to say that it is now complete.

“Watching families build their lives on our developments is one of the real perks of the job and we’re proud of what we’ve achieved in Andover.”
