The Andover Artisan Market returns to the High Street on Sunday after being curtailed by lockdown earlier this year.
The market will take place in town on September 20 from 10am until 2pm, and is due to be held on the third Sunday of each month until the end of the year.
The market will be welcoming back a number of favourites from before lockdown, including All Things Dog, Candle Delites, The Gin Stall and Greenfield Pork.
Test Valley Borough Council have said that there will be “appropriate distancing and safety measures in place.”
To achieve this, there will be a new layout to the market to encourage safe browsing and movement among the stalls, and stallholders will all have hand sanitisers available for use.
Visitors will also be serenaded by singers taking to the Time Ring. Maddison Douch will perform in the morning, before Marie Ponting takes over in the afternoon.
Leader of Test Valley Borough Council, Councillor Phil North said: “I’m delighted to see the return of the popular Artisan Market to Andover. September usually has the perfect mellow weather to suit a stroll along the High Street, so make the most of all the wonderful products on offer and please support our local traders and stallholders.”
The Andover Artisan Market is due to be held on the third Sunday of each month until the end of the year.
