UPDATE 5.50pm: All lanes are now open. Delays from Junction 9 are around 35 minutes.
DELAYS of an hour are being reported on a Hampshire motorway following a crash.
Two lanes of the M27's Eastbound carriageway between Junctions 11 for Fareham and Junction 12 for Port Solent are blocked.
Traffic is building and delays from Junction 9 for Park Gate are around one hour long.
