Three men in their 20s have been charged with trespass and poaching offences after reports of pheasants being targeted in Hook.
They are all charged with possessing an article for killing or taking of game; criminal damage, theft, trespass and unlawfully destroying game, namely pheasants.
They are: Dean Gregory, 20, of Bagshot Green, Bagshot, Jimmy Loveridge, 22, of Swift Lane, Bagshot and Frank Loveridge, 21, of Swift Lane, Bagshot
All three have been bailed with conditions to appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court on January 12, 2021.
