A FARM in Great Durnford is celebrating the one-in-a-million chance of quintuplet lambs being born.
To make this even rarer, all five lambs were born healthy, and on Easter Sunday.
According to farminguk.com, the chance of quintuplet lambs being born is one-in-a-million, and it's even rarer for them to be born alive and well.
This photo was sent to the Journal by Gill Brothers - and her 16 year old granddaughter Olivia Wood was the proud midwife.
The lambs were born at Great Durnford, which to date now has 98 new born lambs.
Remarkably, students at Hartpury agri-college near Gloucester also celebrated the birth of quintuplet lambs in March.
