STOCKBRIDGE Primary School is closed to pupils this morning (Monday, November 29) due to broken down heating.
In a listing of the closure on Hampshire County Council's website, it states that the "heating is currently not working and school is too cold".
The school is due to reopen at 11am, to give engineers a chance to get it working again and the building to heat back up.
A spokesperson for the school said: "Please keep an eye out for text messages with further updates. School lunches will be on when we reopen so please don't worry about sending packed lunches if you weren't originally planning to."
It comes as Storm Arwen swooped across the country over the weekend, and the south-east faces temperatures as low as -5C.
