TWO vans that were parked in Andover have had several tools taken from them after they were broken into last week.

The incident happened between 10pm and 10.10pm on Saturday, January 8. The two vans parked on Floral Way were broken into and tools were taken from the vehicles according to Test Valley Police.

A spokesperson from Test Valley Police, said: “We are appealing for information after two vans were broken into in Andover.

"Between 10pm and 10.10pm on Saturday 8 January, two vans parked on Floral Way were broken into and a number of tools were taken.

“We have been conducting a number of lines of enquiry and are now turning to the public for help.

“We’d like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything that may assist our enquiries. We’d also like to hear from anyone with Ring Doorbell, CCTV or dash cam footage from the area at the time.

“We’re particularly keen to speak to two men who were seen in the area in a dark Audi A3 and the owner of a red Vauxhall van, registration ending OVE, that was seen in the area at the time. We’d also like to hear from anyone who saw or has information about the Audi or the Vauxhall van.

The police are now asking the public to help them with their enquiries and are keen to speak to the two men who were seen in the area when the incident happened.
