High pressure systems will continue to dominate our weather during the foreseeable future.
For north Hampshire this is very good news because essentially it means our region can expect plenty of dry weather during the week ahead.
Fog and frosts will be the chief ingredients on the weather menu along with sunny periods and cloudier interludes.
However, there is a small chance of a few showers here and there now and again.
But it must be stressed, that most parts of the area will stay generally dry.
Daily maximum temperatures are likely to be about average for late-January. Overnight temperatures falling to -4C on the odd occasion.
February possibly a mild start to the month.
