FOUR drink driving cases heard by Salisbury Magistrates' Court:

LEON SARGENT, aged 23, of Hedges Close, Shipton Bellinger, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On October 17, 2021, Sargent was recorded driving a BMW along the A346 in Collingbourne Ducis with 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. 

CALLUM AMOS REDDING, aged 25, of Royal Artillery Barracks, Larkhill, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On May 23, 2021, the defendant was recorded driving a BMW along Church Street in Amesbury with 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £500 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

LOGAN MICHAEL DOGGETT, aged 19, of St Martins Close, Barford St Martin, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On October 23, 2021, Doggett was recorded driving a Peugeot along Devizes Road in Salisbury with 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months. 

LEE ANTHONY DARREN MAGUIRE, aged 38, of Sidbury Circular Road, Tidworth, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On October 25, 2021, Maguire was recorded driving a Ford Mondeo along Zouch Market in Tidworth with 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £346 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.
