Order breach
AN ANDOVER man has been fined more than £100 after admitting to breaching his community order.
Kameron Gregory Etherington, of Halter Way, was handed a community sentence at Berkshire Magistrates’ Court on July 21 last year.
However, on March 18 and 25 2022, the 23-year-old failed to attend planned appointments. 
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on May 4, he admitted the breach and was given a £123 fine.
He must also pay costs of £65 and the community order will remain in place.

Drink driver caught in town
A DRINK driver from Andover has been fined and disqualified.
On March 16, Christopher Harrison of Eastfield Road was driving along Beales Close with 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit 35.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on May 5, the 67-year-old pleaded guilty. 
He was handed a £120 fine and disqualified from driving for a 14-month period.
Harrison must also pay costs of £25 and a surcharge of £34.

Malicious messages 
AN ANDOVER man has been handed a suspended sentence after sending “malicious messages” which breached an order imposed by a family court.
On February 4, Riley McCormick, of Pilgrims Way, engaged in communication which breached his non-molestation order.
At Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on May 9, the 25-year-old was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 15 months. 
He must also complete up to 35 rehabilitation activity days and pay costs of £35 and a surcharge of £128.
