AN ANDOVER man has been charged with breaching a restraining order following an investigation by police.
It comes after a woman allegedly received unwanted messages between February and May this year.
Leon Reece Fitzpatrick, aged 19, of no fixed abode, was charged with harassment, breach of a non-molestation order and violent behaviour at a police station.
He appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 31, where he was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on Tuesday, June 7.
