A Flower Festival has been held at All Saints church Awbridge over the Jubilee weekend, attracting an estimated 200 visitors from the village and further afield.
One of the organisers Fred Tucker said: "It was very successful and was attended by many visitors over the four days that it was open.
"I think that we probably had well over 200 people visit during the period that the flowers were available and we would like to thank all the ladies that were involved in putting together such a wonderful festival."
He said many comments had praised the exceptional quality and standard of the flower decorating which followed the Jubilee theme down to the point of two corgis dogs being part of the demonstration.
Teas and coffee were available for the whole of the four days as people were welcomed to browse among the flowers at their leisure.
Proceeds from the event which will go towards the upkeep of the churchyard which is currently full of wildflowers at this time of the year.
