A YOGA teacher is hosting her sixth annual celebration in Stockbridge next month in aid of two charities.

Jo Caley has been teaching yoga for more than a decade across Andover, Stockbridge and the Wallops.

On July 3, at Stockbridge Town Hall, she will be bringing together yoga fanatics and newcomers alike for a jam-packed schedule of workshops.

Yoga teachers from all around Test Valley and North Hampshire will be coming together to celebrate, many styles of classes on offer.

The event is open to the public, and costs £15 with funds raised going towards Dementia UK and Andover Crisis Centre.

Jo said: “I am passionate about bringing people together in inspirational settings, to bring well-being, happiness, joy and to help manage stress, anxiety and other conditions.”

“Whether a yoga teacher, yoga practitioner or those new to yoga and curious, everyone is welcome to come along and try out one class or stay for the whole event and enjoy several sessions hosted by an experienced group of teachers.

“It will be fun, relaxed and friendly.”

A pop-up yoga clothing shop will also be available, as well as henna tattooing.

As well as yoga, Jo hosts fresh water and sea swimming groups, yoga, workshops and day retreats.
