THERE will be fun for everyone at Figgle Fest - a free music festival and family fun day in Figheldean, near Tidworth.

It takes place on Saturday, July 2. The live music, poetry, karaoke and children’s entertainment starts from 2pm with stalls and a bar open from 12 noon.There will also be bouncy castles open from 3pm.

Twelve acts will be performing on two stages. There will also be face painting and tarot reading.

Solstice Missing Dogs will be on hand to offer advice on keeping your dogs safe and Megs Mutz will be there to offer advice on care and there will also be a cooling pool.Tripe hound Torture will be bringing a water dunking tank and a gunge tank and games. And Jonathon The Jester and Wessex Circus will share their circus aerial rig and other circus activities giving an opportunity for all ages to take part. There will also be a fire show during the evening.

Don’t worry about food, On site will be Nidge’s Artisan Pizza Kitchen, Ian Fribbin’s burger van and spicy street food provided by Order by Numbers (OB1)m as well as a mobile bar provided by Sims Hospitality.

The music acts include Frome-based Strange Folk who will be performing their own tracks and some rock/folk covers from 2pm. Other acts featuring in the line-up include Crystal Vision (acoustic), Poetika (poetry), The Duskhounds (Blues/Rock), Park Island (acoustic), Karaoke (Do it yourself!), King Louie (Pop), Georgina Agombar (acoustic), Solarbird (Rock), The Killer Bunnies (rock/pop) and Off the Cuff (rock/pop).

Donations are welcome on the day.
