A POPULAR farm coffee shop has launched weekly pizza nights and locally sourced drinks to mark one year since opening.

Headlands Farm Coffee Shop opened in West Wellow in June 2021.

The coffee shop that offers breakfast, lunch, cakes, ice cream and drinks has acknowledged its first birthday with the introduction of pizza nights, music and a bar.

Stone-baked sourdough pizzas are now made to order each Thursday and Saturday between 4pm and 8pm.

Headlands Farm Coffee Shop chef, Seb Howells said: “It’s important to me to be able to showcase the local suppliers and farmers, from the wood used to heat the pizza over, to the handmade pizza bases and toppings.”

Along with fresh pizzas, the coffee shop has introduced a bar serving local drinks like Brookhill Wines from Bramshaw and gin from Downton. Performances from local musicians have also become a frequent evening feature.

With the new developments the coffee shop in Romsey Road aims to continue its sustainable and local focus.

Manager of Headlands Farm, Vicki Bleaney said: "Having recently celebrated our first Birthday, Headlands Farm Coffee Shop has been reflecting on the past year and how grateful we are to each customer who comes and enjoys our coffees and tranquil setting."
