BURGLARS have broken into a children's play centre in Romsey and stolen a cash till.
I Wanna Be Role Play Village in Abbotswood Road was targeted shortly before 12.30am on Friday, April 12, according to police.
The business, which encourages imaginative play for children up to six years old, reportedly had a cash till stolen during the break-in.
In a Facebook post, the business expressed gratitude to its customers for their patience and understanding following the incident.
It confirmed that the business is up and running as normal.

The Facebook post reads: “Thank you to all our lovely customers who visited us yesterday and today for your understanding, kind words and patience after our little village was broken into and our till stolen. It felt like we had gone back in time, having to write everything down! The new till has arrived now so we are up and running as normal.”
A police spokesperson said: "We received reports of a burglary at I Wanna Be Role Play Village on Abbotswood Road shortly before 12.30am on Friday April 12. A cash till was reported to have been taken from the premises. Officers attended and an investigation has been launched.”
