AN ANDOVER-based project management consultancy has been named as one of the best in Hampshire at the county’s business awards.

Paul Winter Consulting Ltd (PWCL), based in East Street, was shortlisted alongside 14 others vying to win the Project Management Company of the Year Award as part of the Construction and Engineering Award category.

On Thursday, July 18, PWCL were announced as category winners in the Hampshire Business Awards for 2024, a regional arm of the Business Awards UK.
