A man who breached a restraining order and contacted a woman in Andover has received a community order.
Barry Parker, 37, of no fixed abode in Winchester, contacted the Andover woman on August 3 without reasonable excuse, which he was prohibited from doing by a previous restraining order imposed by Winchester Crown Court on July 29.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court sentenced him with a community order of rehabilitation activity for 30 days.
Parker was ordered to pay £36 fine and £114 surcharge.
