AN Andover teenager who threatened to kill a witness in legal proceedings has been made the subject of a restraining order.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to intimidating the witness when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on 5 December.
He also pleaded guilty to possession of a bag of cannabis and seven wraps of cannabis.
The youth was made the subject of a restraining order for a year and referred to the Hampshire youth offender panel for a nine-month contract.
Forfeiture and destruction of the drugs was also ordered.
