A MAN who admitted to stalking has been given a community order.
Antony Lange, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stalking, amounting to harassment, of a victim from 1 October to 13 November.
The 28-year-old also loitered at the victim's address and spied on their conversations by standing under their flat and listening in.
Lange also continued calling and messaging his victim after being told to stop in the same charge.
At Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on 20 December, Lange was given a community order to participate in an accredited programme for 32 days.
He must also carry out 100 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months and take part in a rehabilitation activity requirement.
Lange was also given a restraining order prohibiting him from contacting the victim or entering a certain road in Andover until 19 December 2019, and paid £170 to cover court costs and victim services.
