Courtney Brown, of Longwood Copse Lane in Basingstoke, pleaded guilty to driving a VW Tiguan on Camford Close after drinking alcohol on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2020. She was found with 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath which exceeded the prescribed limit. Brown pleaded guilty on August 18, 2020. She was fined £400 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £40 and pay court costs of £85. She was disqualified from driving or holding a licence for 24 months.

Dominic Green, of Fawconer Road in Kingsclere, has pleaded guilty to drink driving without insurance. He was found driving a car on Meadham Lane in Hannington while over the limit on July 20, 2020. The 42-year-old had 125 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath,. He pleaded guilty on August 18 and was fined £850 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95. He has been disqualified from driving for 12 months and has been subjected to a community order.

Ezra Louis Armani Puddy, 21, of Kingsclere Road in Basingstoke, has pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He is accused of damaging a Nissan Qashqai belonging to Georgia Fox on June 15, 2020. He pleaded guilty on August 17, 2020. He has been remanded on unconditional bail until September 2. The reason for adjournment is in order to prepare a pre-sentence report.

Jake Wilson, of Aylwards Way in Nether Wallop, has pleaded guilty to assault by beating.

The 20-year-old is accused of assaulting a woman on June 26, 2020.

A community order has been made and he has been ordered to attend treatment for alcohol dependency.

He has been ordered o pay a victim surcharge of £95 and £35 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Aiden Richard Baverstock, of Pennine Way in Basingstoke, is accused of using threatening or unlawful violence towards another person on August 15, 2020, in Joices Yard in Basingstoke, under the Public Order Act. He is also accused of committing an offence while serving a suspended sentence. The 27-year-old's case has been committed to Winchester Court Court for sentencing.

Bobby Jay Lawrence has been cleared of assaulting Steven Smale of beating.

The 19-year-old, of Dankworth Road, saw the case against him dismissed following a hearing at Aldershot Magistrates' Court. Lawrence was remanded on unconditional bail for separate offences including damaging property belonging to Claire Dale, damaging a wing mirror belonging to Deborah Smith and damaging a wing mirror belonging to Paul Bennett. He pleaded guilty to those three offences on June 26, 2020. He is due to appear in court on September 23.

A 16-year-old boy from London has appeared in court accused of being in possession of cocaine, diamorphine with the intent to supply. He is also accused of having a quantity of cannabis on him.

He was arrested on August 19, 2020. He has been remanded on bail until August 28.

Michael Gilmore, of Priestley Road in Basingstoke, has admitted committing a breach after being arrested on August 19. Gilmore has been ordered by Winchester Crown Court to observe a curfew where he must stay home between the hours of 9pm and 6am. He has been re-admitted to conditional bail and will attend a hearing in October.

Bobby Smith, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency service worker Christopher Jakes on August 18 in Basingstoke.

He was committed to prison for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
