FAMILIES from across Romsey and Test Valley have documented another week living with the second national Covid-19 lockdown, as the festive season starts to arrive.

Photos from our readers show families staying positive by enjoying country walks, visiting beaches and going on adventures with their four-legged friends.

One budding photographer even decorated their Christmas tree with PPE, cleaning wipes and toilet rolls.

The threat remains real locally, after 12 hospital patients with Covid-19 died in Hampshire this week, according to NHS figures as of Wednesday.

Daily figures cover hospitals across Hampshire, as well as in Southampton and Portsmouth.

But more positive vaccine news offers hope at last. This will not last forever.
