A COURT has granted an eviction order against people parked on a Winchester playing field.
Magistrates in Basingstoke granted a city council request against the occupants of vehicles camped on King George V playing fields at Highcliffe.
Council lawyers had argued that the occupants of the vehicles were in breach of a direction given under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. They were not present in court.
