Illegal: cannabis
A DRIVER has been disqualified for drug driving in Winchester.
Jon Shane Readings, 28, was stopped in Alresford Road on February 15and found to have double the legal level of cannabis in his system.
Readings, of Corfe Walk, Winklebury, Basingstoke, pleaded guilty when he appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
He was fined £160 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 victim surcharge. He was disqualified for 12 months.
Readings was also fined £60 after he admitted possession of cannabis in Basingstoke on June 14.
