ANDOVER Town started their Wessex League Division One campaign in fine fashion with a 2-0 win over visiting Totton and Eling.
The battle of last season's basement sides saw the home side take the lead before the break thanks to Josh Bertie.
After the break, Town made sure of the win as Aidan O'Kelly as he netted a second for Andover to make sure of a winning start.
On Tuesday night (August 6) Andover are at home to Romsey, who were beaten 4-0 at home by Folland Sports.
