THE 2020/21 season saw Andover New Street U14 Girls win the Hampshire County One league.

The girls also had the two lead goal scorers overall in the Hampshire league - Casey Foster and Olivia Glover.

Andover New Street girls is the first ever girls team in Andover to enter into the Junior Premier league, as the team continue to grow from strength to strength.

The JPL is a development league creating a pathway for players from grassroots to professional Academy Level. The girls will face top flight teams, including teams such as Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham.

The girls have a strong team playing ethic and have worked hard together to get to the next level. With the team looking forward to the new season ahead. The team has been established for six years and coached by Nic Turpin, Danny Joseph and Deven Twigg. The girls hold their own fundraising events to help them attend national tournaments and for essential equipment. The team also has given team donations to the Andover Food Bank and The Andover New Street Vixens. The team were lucky to receive a funding grant from local sporting charity the Jamie G trust, and would like to thank the local businesses and the community for all their support.
