ANDOVER beat North Hampshire rivals Basingstoke on Saturday to record their sixth straight victory and retain top spot in the Southern Premier League Division One.
The in-form London Road side posted a score of 248-9 against their mid-table visitors after captain Matt Hooper lost the toss and was asked to bat first.
Openers Storm Green (51) and Ali Hooper (34) got Andover off to a good start with the former in particularly impressive form.
